TalentDOC Limited designs products and tools that help you achieve your learning development goals and empower you to achieve your potential. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access and use of the TalentDOC Services. The “TalentDOC Services” includes our products and services including associated websites, applications, APIs, content, products, and services.
These Terms are an agreement between you and TalentDOC Limited. When the Terms mention “TalentDOC” “we,” “us,” or “our,” they refer to the TalentDOC Limited.
Please read these Terms carefully before you use our site. By using our site, you indicate your acceptance of these Terms and agreement to abide by them.
Use of Our Site
Access to our site is granted on a temporary basis. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the service we provide without notice. We are not liable if our site is not available at all times.
Full use of the TalentDOC Services requires you to create an account by providing us with information such as your full name and a valid email address, as well as a strong password.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs in association with your account. TalentDOC is not liable for any loss or damages caused by your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must contact us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breach related to our TalentDOC Services or your account.
You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your internet connection are aware of these Terms and that they comply with them.
Intellectual Property Rights
We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights on TalentDOC Services and the material published on it. We reserve all rights to this material.
TalentDOC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to (1) access and use TalentDOC Services, (2) access and view the TalentDOC Services content, (3) access and use the software and mobile applications provided by TalentDOC Services, and (4) use our Site and App as authorized in these Terms. This license is provided solely for the purpose of fulfilling our contractual obligations.

Except to the extent permitted by law, you may not perform, attempt to perform, or encourage or assist others in performing any of the following while accessing or using the TalentDOC Services: (1) use, display, mirror, or frame the TalentDOC Service or any individual element within the TalentDOC Service, including the layout and design of any page, without TalentDOC’s express written consent; (2) use TalentDOC’s name, any TalentDOC trademark or logo, or any TalentDOC proprietary information without TalentDOC’s express written consent; (3) access or tamper with non-public areas of the TalentDOC Service, TalentDOC’s computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of TalentDOC’s providers; (4) test the vulnerability of any TalentDOC system or breach any security or authentication measures; (5) circumvent any technological measure implemented by TalentDOC or any of TalentDOC’s providers or any other third-party (including another user) to protect TalentDOC Services; (6) access the TalentDOC Services or TalentDOC content through the use of any mechanism other than through the use of an authorised connection, TalentDOC Services, or TalentDOC API; or (7) modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, tamper with, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any tools that TalentDOC provides to you or any other part of the TalentDOC Services.
Information about You
Hyperlinks to TalentDOC Services
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to create a text hyperlink to our site home page for non-commercial purposes, provided you do so in a way that the link is fair and legal and does not portray TalentDOC or any TalentDOC Services in a false, misleading, derogatory or otherwise defamatory manner. But, you must not establish a link to TalentDOC Servcies in a way to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement from TalentDOC where none exists.
The link must also not lead to any adult or illegal material that is offensive, harassing or otherwise objectionable. You may not link to our site from any site that is not owned by you.
Our site must not be framed by any other site. If you wish to link to our site for any other purpose or way not mentioned above, please contact us on contact@TalentDOC.co.uk for written approval.
We reserve the right to revoke this limited right at any time based on our sole discretion.

Where TalentDOC Services contains links to other third-party resources, these links are provided for your information only. We accept no responsibility for the third-party’s validity or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
Exclusions and Limitations of Our Ability
TalentDOC Services are provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to their accuracy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we, and other third-parties connected to us, expressly exclude:
- all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity.
- any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by you and any other loss or damage of any other kind, however arising or caused.
This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, nor our liability for misrepresentation by fraudulent, fundamental matter nor any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Viruses, Hacking and Other Offences
You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses or other malicious or harmful technology. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site.
Attempts of this kind will be considered a criminal offence. We will report any such attempts to the relevant law enforcement authorities. We will also cooperate with the authorities by providing any relevant information to them including your identity. In the event of any malicious attempt, we will revoke your right to our site immediately.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from or related to a visit to TalentDOC Services. However, we also retain the right to bring proceedings against you in your own country.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, or formation including non-contractual dispute or claims shall be governed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
